WHAT WE DO
CCHC provide skilled (RN's and LPN's) and non-skilled nursing care (Nursing Aides). We ensure that a care plan is tailored to the client's needs. Our nurse supervisors have more than 20 years of nursing experience, to include: acute-care, chronic-care, emergent care, home health, pediatric, disability, oncology, medical/surgical, school health, and community health experience. We are community and population focused. In light of the public health emergency, CCHC has ongoing mandatory training for staff and community members to reduce the incidence of Covid-19 infections.
MEET THE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
cynthia R. Brunson, MSN, RN, APHN, DN/CM, CEO
The company is operated by Cynthia R. Brunson, CEO and founding owner of CCHC. Ms. Brunson, an Advanced Public Health Nurse, with a focus on community and population health. She has the training and qualifications to ensure that competent and professional nursing care is provided. Ms. Brunson also has strong clinical skills in pediatric, adult acute, chronic, developmental disabilities and emergent care. She is ACLS, BCLS and PALs certified.
AntoneTte Walters MSN, rN, NURSE EDUCATOR, QAPI
Antonette Walters is the Vice President of CCHC. She is a Master's prepared Nurse Educator. Mrs. Walters has strong clinical skills and has training in diabetes management, oncology and emergent care for adults and pediatrics. She has the training and qualifications to ensure that competent and professional nursing care is provided. Mrs. Walters is BCLS and ACLS certified.
